- Manage services (catalog, schema, logs, scope, undeploy/redeploy)
- Vault E2E encryption with libsodium
- Broker-side AES-256-GCM encryption at rest
- Services survive broker restarts via boot sync with runner
- Proper error handling for missing services and tools
