chore(web): restore next.js 16.2.2 (React #130 is pre-existing)
Some checks failed
CI / Lint (push) Has been cancelled
CI / Typecheck (push) Has been cancelled
CI / Broker tests (Postgres) (push) Has been cancelled
CI / Docker build (linux/amd64) (push) Has been cancelled

The hydration crash exists on both 16.0.10 and 16.2.2 — it's a
pre-existing component bug, not a Next.js regression. Stay on
latest for security + Payload compat when we re-add it.
